Jim Adam - President

Jim Adam started working for Victor at Calvac Paving in 1979 and spent 8 years as a Foreman and Superintendent for Victor. Wanting to expand his experience outside of the field he left Calvac Paving in 1987. In the interim Jim gained experience helping to grow another Bay Area paving contractor while specializing in servicing Property Managers and Owners. Looking to partner up with Victor, Jim came back to work for Calvac Paving in 2002. This effective team became official in 2004, when Jim and Victor became partners. Jim, like Victor, is in this business for the long run and treats every client and project with the assurance that he will be servicing their construction needs for decades to come.

Victor Cantando - Vice President

Victor Cantando started Calvac Paving in 1974. Over those 30 years, he has continuously risen above his competition and has built Calvac Paving into one of the Bay Areas leading authorities in pavement maintenance. Having over 35 years of experience in the field, Victor is able to provide you with effective and efficient solutions to any asphalt or concrete problems that you may encounter. His outgoing and friendly professionalism continues to keep his clients coming back year after year, building lasting relationships and better parking lots.

Greg Bergman - Lead Estimator and Project Manager

Greg has been in the paving industry for over 25 years, all of which were with the same construction company right here in Silicon Valley.  Starting out as a laborer with the seal coat division, Greg worked his way up to Vice-President of the company where he was in charge of large commercial and industrial accounts, both as an Estimator and Project Manager.  Greg joined the Calvac team in September of 2007 as our Lead Estimator and Project Manager, focusing on commercial and industrial projects.  His years of experience will professionally service any of your project needs, from new commercial construction to school or municipal projects to simple patches and seals.

Bobby McMillan - Sales and Estimating

Bobby joined Calvac Paving in early 2008 after working with Jim for seven years at another local paving firm.  Coming on board with our veteran sales staff he brings another 15 years of pavement maintenance experience as well as a dozen years serving clients on a daily basis in the wholesale beverage industry.  Starting in construction as a Dispatcher and moving into Estimating he has a unique depth of knowledge within our industry.  He brings a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the company and to his long standing clients.  Bobby promises to be timely with proposals and scheduling of projects, thus he can eliminate those problems from your “to do list” without the frustration of adding yet another.

Adam Cantando - Sales and Estimating

Adam started with Calvac Paving in the summer of 2002.  Working long hard days on the labor crews, he stuck with it and learned asphalt, concrete and seal coat from the ground up.  Moving into full-time sales and estimating in 2007, Adam continues to expand his experience while providing knowledgeable information that you can rely on to correct your issues and protect your properties for many years to come.

Victoria Wilson - Office Manager

Victoria Wilson joined Calvac Paving in January of 2003 as our Office Manager. During the last 5 years, Victoria’s dogged efforts have helped Calvac Paving to create and maintain Safety Programs and Book Keeping controls that have allowed us to contract with the most stringent customers.  If you have questions about insurance requirements, preliminary information requests, safety information, or vendor qualifications, Victoria is the right contact. Dixon Llanderal - Controller

Dixon Llanderal joined Calvac Paving in August of 1999 as our Controller. With these many years of experience working with Clients and Subcontractors and his additional training as a monk, Dixon is the perfect asset to our team.
