The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with job costing are highly preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and GAAP is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage financial operations effectively.
